NAASCO ANNOUNCES FAA / DER APPROVED REPAIR AND OVERHAUL CAPABILITIES FOR LIEBHERR AEROSPACE DC MOTOR PART NO. S4019

Shirley, NY, Thursday, December 5, 2024 – Working with the engineering departments of some of the largest aviation companies, NAASCO is proud to announce an affordable overhaul/repair option for the Liebherr Aerospace DC Motor part number S4019. This new option addresses the premature failure of the cabin pressure outflow valve part numbers 88005B203, 88005B204, 88005B205, 88005B206, 88005B304, 88005B305, and 88005B306, which caused unscheduled removals due to motor assembly failure. The motor failure was primarily caused by damaged windings, excessive bearing wear, overheating, or a combination of these factors. Our solution extends the motor’s lifespan, reduces operational costs, and improves reliability.

From a production standpoint, NAASCO will provide a 45-60 day turnaround time. Setting up an exchange program would be best for clients who require faster service.
