    We are here for you when you need us! NAASCO’s A.O.G. help-desk is available 24/7, 365 days a year, whether it be 9 P.M. on a holiday weekend or 4 A.M. in the middle of the week.

    Shipping Information

    We use several carriers to ship and receive products. The major ones are UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the USPS. We accept most major credit cards for payment and ship Domestically and Internationally, using whichever service you request. Our Import Export Department will provide all the necessary documents for International shipments from our facility.

    We use special containers to ship for delicate equipment, which can protect your cargo. All shipments are insured for your protection and ours. For additional clarification, please get in touch with our staff by using the Contact Form, email, or by telephone.

    Customer Service – Our Guarantee

    • Upon receiving your unit, within 48hrs, we will perform an initial inspection
    • Within 72hrs, in the event that our technicians identify items not included in the routine repair/overhaul we will provide you a written proposal with the incoming testing report
    • Once we’ve received your approval to proceed (when necessary), the unit will be placed in the production schedule and will typically be ready for shipment within 10 business days (this can be expedited upon request).
    • Modest price adder for express service where you unit will be ready to ship within 2-3 business days (unless it’s an AOG service then we will process the unit the same day)
    • All units will be shipped with fresh dual release 8130-3 tag.

    Warranty Policy

    First, full warranty against defective materials and workmanship on repairs and overhauls.

    Second, no obligation or liability beyond repairing or replacing warrantied parts, as necessary, shall be expressed or implied by the warranty. 

    Third, this does not include normal wear items. Our Warranty Policy is as follows:

    Accessory Repairs:

    A. Warrantied for 6 months from the date in service or 100 flight hours, whichever occurs first.

    1. Parts replaced shall enjoy the same warranty as the parts manufacturer extends.
    2. Warranty applies to only work performed and parts replaced.

    Accessory Overhauls:

    A. Warrantied for one (1) year from the date in service or 500 flight hours, whichever occurs first.

    1. Parts replaced shall enjoy the same warranty as the parts manufacturer extends.
    2. Warranty does not cover removal, installation or shipping costs.
    3. ETR™ Improved Starter Generators are guaranteed for 1000 hours of brush life under normal operating conditions.

    Electrical Contact Repair:

    A. Warranty for three (3) years from the date in service or 5,000 flight hours, whichever occurs first on  A.C. (Alternating Current) electrical contacts repaired by NAASCO.

    B. Warrantied for one (1) year from the date in service or 1,000 flight hours, whichever occurs first on D.C. (Direct Current) electrical contacts repaired by NAASCO.

    Power Relay Overhauls:

    A. In addition, warranty for one (1) year from the date in service or 3,000 flight hours, whichever occurs first.

    B. Accordingly, parts replaced shall enjoy the same warranty as the parts manufacturer extends.

    The warranty becomes void if the unit shows abuse, alteration, broken seals, improper installation or improper packaging for return to NAASCO.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: WARRANTY FOR UNITS NOT PLACED IN SERVICE EXPIRES THREE (3) YEARS AFTER DATE OF REPAIR OR OVERHAUL UNLESS INSPECTED AND APPROVED BY NAASCO FOR WARRANTY EXTENSION.
